项目前期策划工作的矛盾性特征分析

摘要:目前项目前期策划的重要性已被广泛认可,并且呈现出大量的矛盾性特征。本文在分析项目前期策划重要性的基础上,从技术层面分析信息与不确定性、信息需求与成本付出的矛盾,考虑组织层面决策者和专业人士的矛盾性,从而有助于指导前期策划工作。

Abstract:The importance of front-end planning has been widely recognized and presents a number of contradictory features. On the basis of analyzing the importance of planning in the front end of the project,this paper analyzes the contradiction between information and uncertainty,information demand and cost from the technical level,and considers the contradiction between organizers and professionals at the organizational level,thus helping to guide the front-end work of the project.
