摘要：工程总承包的范围及其造价确定是其招投标、发承包价款及项目投资控制的关键。分析工程总承包不同工作内容、不同费用构成，总结提出建设工程总承包EPC各阶段造价控制的关注重点与具体措施，以此为建设工程总承包造价管理提供实践参考。

Abstract：The scope of general contracting and the determination of its cost are the key to its bidding，contract price and project investment control. This paper analyzes the different work contents and different cost composition of the general contracting of the project，and sums up and puts forward the key points and concrete measures of the cost control in each stage of the EPC of the general contracting of the construction project，so as to provide practical reference for the cost management of the general contracting of the construction project.
