摘要：建筑产品技术规格书（SPEC）是实现建筑设计标准化的手法之一，能使建筑完成质量和控制造价之间求得最佳契合点。在我国SPEC体系简介的基础上，基于用户现实需求和未来发展需求分析SPEC应用的需求，并从指导精准选用建筑产品、行使设计复审、产标和工标的双重管理、加强环保性能要求、助推运维等方面，对SPEC的应用予以说明。希望通过建筑产品技术规格书的应用，推动实现建筑设计标准化。

Abstract：The technical specification of construction products is one of the methods to realize the standardization of architectural design，which can make the best fit point between the quality of building completion and the control cost. On the basis of the brief introduction of SPEC system in China，this paper analyzes the demand of SPEC application based on the realistic needs of users and the needs of future development，and explains the application of SPEC from the aspects of guiding the precise selection for construction products，exercising design review，the dual management of production standard and engineering standard，strengthening the requirements of environmental protection performance and helping the operation and maintenance. It is hoped to promote the standardization of architectural design through the application of technical specifications based on building products.
