摘要：静止变频启动是蓄能电站建设首选的启动方式，静止变频启动装置是抽水蓄能电站启动的重要设备。由于该设备的安装具有一定特殊性，且现行水电安装工程预算定额缺少相关定额子目，相关行业的静止变频启动装置（SFC）安装定额与抽水蓄能电站的静止变频启动装置容量不匹配，直接借用不尽合理。因此，通过对静止变频启动装置（SFC）补充定额的研究，为建设各方在类似工程项目前期方案比选、投资决策、施工合同价的确定、施工过程中的造价管理等提供参考。

Abstract：Static frequency conversion start-up is the preferred start-up mode for the construction of storage power station，and the static frequency conversion start-up device is an important equipment for the start-up of pumped storage power station. Due to the particularity of the installation of the equipment，and the current budget quota for hydropower installation project，there is a lack of relevant quota items. The installation quota of SFC in related industries does not match the capacity of SFC in pumped storage power station，so it is unreasonable to borrow directly. Therefore，through the study of SFC supplementary quota，hopes to provide references for the construction parties in the similar projects in the early stage scheme selection，investment decision-making，construction contract price determination，construction process cost management and so on.
