全生命周期视角下装配式建筑可持续发展评价体系研究

摘要:将全生命周期分为决策设计、构件生产和运输、施工、运营使用及报废回收五个阶段,从经济、环境、社会、资源四个方面选取49个装配式建筑可持续发展的评价指标。经过归一化处理后确定指标的权重分配,构建装配式建筑可持续发展评价指标体系,最后对指标体系进行应用效果检验,以期为装配式建筑的发展提供参考。关键词:全生命周期;装配式建筑;可持续发展;评价体系Abstract:This paper divides the life cycle into 5 stages:design decision stage,component production and transportation stage,construction stage,operation stage,scrap recovery stage. Then,selects 49 indexes from four aspects:economic,environment,society and resource,calculates the weight distribution of indicator independence and builds the evaluation index system of sustainable development through normalization.
