摘要：将全生命周期分为决策设计、构件生产和运输、施工、运营使用及报废回收五个阶段，从经济、环境、社会、资源四个方面选取49个装配式建筑可持续发展的评价指标。经过归一化处理后确定指标的权重分配，构建装配式建筑可持续发展评价指标体系，最后对指标体系进行应用效果检验，以期为装配式建筑的发展提供参考。

Abstract：This paper divides the life cycle into 5 stages：design decision stage，component production and transportation stage，construction stage，operation stage，scrap recovery stage. Then，selects 49 indexes from four aspects：economic，environment，society and resource，calculates the weight distribution of indicator independence and builds the evaluation index system of sustainable development through normalization. Finally，tests the application effect of the index system，in order to provide reference for the development of prefabricated building.
