摘要：在以往项目学习相关研究的基础上，界定项目学习的内涵，归纳总结出三种项目学习类型，即项目内学习、跨项目学习和项目-企业间学习，并分析这三种项目学习机理，以期为项目能力的培养提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the previous research on project learning，this paper defines the connotation of project learning，summarizes three types of project learning，namely，in-project learning，cross-project learning and project-enterprise learning，and analyzes the learning mechanism of three projects to provide a reference for cultivating the project capacity.
