摘要：基于对进度管理和关键路径法内涵和原理的剖析，深入探索进度管理实践过程。针对进度计划的制定和更新维护过程，以关键路径的确定及动态管理为核心，从多方面分析影响进度计划可靠性的各类因素，阐述其影响机制并分别给出实践指导，为实现精细化项目管理提供支撑。

Abstract：This paper deeply explores the schedule management practice based on the analysis of the connotation and principle of schedule management and critical path method. For the developing，updating and maintenance process of the schedule，the various factors affecting the reliability of the schedule are analyzed from different aspects with the critical path determination and dynamic management as the core. Moreover，the effects of those factors on schedule are expounded and the schedule management practice standards are given respectively，which will support the refined project management.
