摘要：我国建筑行业对专业技能人才的需求与日俱增，在建筑行业推进企业新型学徒制的趋势显著。介绍建筑行业新型学徒制实施背景及其内容，详细解析建筑行业新型学徒制运行机制的内涵：资格申请审查机制、费用投入补贴机制、协调合作管理机制和职业技能考核机制，并探究其不足。针对建筑行业新型学徒制运行机制现存的问题，提出完善政府补贴机制、建立“双师一徒”考核机制、构建学徒身份认证平台、落实“1+X证书”制度等改进建议。

Abstract：With the increasing demand for professional and skilled personnel in China’s construction industry，it is a significant trend to promote the new apprenticeship system in the construction industry. This paper introduces the background and content of new apprenticeship system in the construction industry，and analyzes the connotation of the operation mechanism of new apprenticeship in the construction industry in detail：qualification application review mechanism，cost input subsidy mechanism，coordination and cooperation management mechanism and professional skill assessment mechanism，and explores its shortcomings. In view of the existing problems in the operation mechanism of new apprenticeship system in the construction industry，puts forward some suggestions，such as perfect the government subsidy mechanism，establishing the assessment mechanism of “two teachers and one apprentice”，constructing the apprenticeship identity authentication platform，and implementing the “1+X certificate” system.
