摘要：通过分析国内外建筑行业标准化研究现状，基于价值链理论，结合企业管理实践探讨建筑企业标准化管理。从业务流程、管理标准及竞争优势三个核心要素，对标准化管理体系的要素内涵、运行逻辑及实践运用进行探讨，为建筑企业标准化管理的研究与实践提供新的视角与思路。

Abstract：Through the analysis of the current situation of standardization research in the domestic and foreign construction industry，this paper discusses the standardization management of construction enterprises combining with the practice of enterprise management based on the theory of the value chain theory. According to the three core elements of business process，standardization management and competitive advantage，presents the element connotation，operation logic and practical application of standardization management system，which providing new angle and thought for the study and practice of standardization management of construction enterprises.
