工程能力导向的“三维度六环节”工程管理人才培养实践

摘要:面向工程的“三维度六环节”案例教学模式以工程能力为导向,理论、实践和工程三维度相融合,辐射专业概论课、专业核心课、专业实习、专业课程设计、专业社团活动和毕业论文(设计)六个环节的人才培养全过程。改革实践凸显六个过程:基于工程能力驱动,优化工程管理专业培养方案;基于职业发展规划,筑建学生的工匠精神;基于专业课程切入,实施完整案例轮环式教学改革实践;基于工程实施过程,构建CDIO专业实践教学体系;基于多方共赢理念,搭建校企生合作平台与运行机制;基于工程问题导向,开展毕业论文(设计)真题真做。在学生培养、专业建设、课程建设、平台建设、团队建设和教育教学改革等方面都取得了显著成效。

Abstract:The project oriented “three dimensional six link” case teaching model is guided by the engineering ability,and the theory,practice and the three-dimensional degree of the engineering are integrated. The paper introduces the whole process of talent training in six parts,including the introduction course,core courses,professional practice,professional course design,professional community activities and graduation thesis(design). The practice of reform highlights six processes:Engineering capability driven optimization project management professional training program;occupation development plan based on the construction of student craftsman spirit;starting based on professional courses,the implementation of complete case ring teaching reform practice;the project implementation process based on the construction of practical teaching system of professional CDIO;based on the concept of win-win situation,build school enterprise cooperation platform and operation mechanism of students based on problem oriented;engineering,graduation thesis(design)really do based on engineering practice problems. Remarkable achievements have been made in the aspects of student training,professional construction,curriculum construction,platform construction,team building and education and teaching reform.
