摘要：在分析建筑业国企现况和创新面临的挑战的基础上，从互联网发展带来的“产业互联趋势”、大数据业务带来的“智能优化趋势”、5G网络带来的“工程VR+AR趋势”、中国市场红利带来的“长期复利趋势”、工程师红利带来的“人才趋势”、知识创造带来的“隐性知识显性化趋势”、清单革命带来的“清单化趋势”等方面，探讨建筑业国企创新发展的“小趋势”，希望为建筑业国企创新发展提供新的思路。

Abstract：This paper analyses the current situation of state-owned enterprises in construction industry and the challenges faced by innovation. On the basis，from the aspects of “trend of industrial interconnection” brought by Internet development，the “trend of intelligent optimization” brought by big data business，the “trend of Engineering VR+AR” brought by 5G network，the “trend of long-term compound profit” brought by Chinese market dividend，the “trend of talent” brought by engineer dividend，the “trend of tacit knowledge dominance” brought by knowledge creation，and the “list trend” brought about by the list revolution，discuss small trend of innovative development of state-owned enterprises in construction industry，hopes to provide new ideas for the innovation and development of state-owned enterprises in construction industry.
