[摘　要]　试从我国招投标相关的法律规定入手，结合当前招投标实践中的不同做法和存在的问题，对投标报价算术性错误修正后究竟应如何处理进行分析探讨，并提出正确处理的具体操作方法和建议。

Abstract: Based on the relevant bidding laws provisions of China, and combined with the current different methods and problems that exist in the bidding practices, this paper analyzed and researched on dealing with the arithmetic errors and amendment for the tender prices. Meanwhile, some specific operation methods and suggestions to correctly handle were provided.
