摘要：研究沿时间轴展开的纵向框架技术，按照方案投标阶段、方案深化阶段、初步设计阶段、初设（超限）审查阶段、施工图设计阶段5个阶段，构建建筑结构经济合理化设计纵向技术框架，作为建筑结构全设计流程经济合理化设计水平控制的系统化指导框架准则。研究表明：通过构建上述纵向技术框架，可以对现有通用设计方法提供纵向系统层面的设计指导。

Abstract：Then，Studies the vertical frame technology deployed along the time axis. According to the tender scheme stage，the programme deepening stage，the preliminary design stage，the preliminary（over-limit）review stage and the construction drawing design stage，constructs the longitudinal technical framework for economic rationalization design of building structure which serves as a systematic guiding framework for the economic and rational design level control of the whole design process of building structures. The research shows that the above-mentioned vertical technical framework can provide design guidance at the vertical system level for the existing general design methods.
