摘要：通过分析现行重庆市工程建设地方标准的现状及存在的问题，结合标准化改革精神及重庆市城市提升行动计划，提出重庆市工程建设标准的管理建议，助推城市建设品质提升。

Abstract：By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the Chongqing provincial standard for engineering construction，combined with the spirit of standardization reform and the Chongqing urban improvement action plan，the management suggestions for the Chongqing provincial standard for engineering construction were put forward to promote the urban construction quality improvement.
