[摘　要]　介绍国内建筑能耗统计的范畴，考虑地域、功能和建筑能源使用的不同情况，把我国城镇建筑分为四种类别，依据统计数据和资料，分析了2003~2007年各类别建筑使用能耗情况，并提出了对策和建议。

Abstract: The paper introduces the domestic building energy consumption statistics scope, considers the geography, function and the different situations of building energy consumption, divides the urban buildings of China into 4 categories, and analyzes the situations of energy consumption in different categories buildings from 2003 to 2007, and proposes some countermeasures.
