摘要：以广东省湛江市为例，基于调研数据，分析湛江市建筑行业BIM技术应用现状及影响BIM技术应用推广的阻碍因素。在此基础上，采用DEMXTEL法分析各阻碍因素的影响程度，并找出各阻碍因素间的因果关系，进而提出促进湛江市建筑行业BIM技术发展的建议。

Abstract：Based on construction industry survey data of Zhanjiang city，this paper analyzes the application status of BIM Technology in Construction industry of Zhanjing city and the hinder factors influencing the BIM technology application promotion. On the basis，uses DEMATEL method to study the importance of the analysis of the hindering factors influence，and finds out the causal relationship between the various obstacles，puts forward suggestions to promote the development of BIM technology in Zhanjiang construction industry.
