摘要：针对典型装配式预制构件的各项费用进行调价系数、综合调价系数和影响系数计算，分析预制装配式构件的成本构成以及影响因素。在此基础上，从构件的生产、运输、安装及结构成型方面探讨人工、材料、机械价格波动对预制构件造价的影响，为装配式建筑成本控制提供依据。

Abstract：According to the calculation of price adjustment coefficient，comprehensive price adjustment coefficient and influence coefficient for each cost of typical prefabricated components，this paper analyzes the cost composition and influencing factors of prefabricated components. From the aspects of production，transportation，installation and structure shaping，discusses the influence of price fluctuation of labor，material and machinery on the cost of prefabricated components，and provides reference for cost control of prefabricated construction.
