建筑节能实施过程管理理论与实践研究综述

[摘 要] 从法律法规、模拟仿真技术、节能理念等六个方面对国外建筑节能实施过程管理进行实践分析,概述了国外建筑节能实施过程管理的理论研究成果;剖析了我国建筑节能实施过程管理实践特点,阐述了我国建筑节能实施过程管理在设计方法优化、施工管理模式、节能项目管理等五个方面的理论研究成果;提出建筑节能施工过程质量控制基于科学评价决策的研究方向。

Abstract: This paper analyses the practice of implementation process management in building energy saving abroad from six perspectives, including law and regulation, simulation technology, energy saving concepts and so on. It sums up their research achievements. Based on the analysis of the practice of domestic implementation process management in building energy saving, the theoretical result of domestic implementation process management in building energy saving is summarized from design optimization method, construction management mode, energy saving project management and so on. The direction of quality control based on scientific evaluation in construction process is put forward in building energy saving in China.
