精益建造视角下建设安全管理探究

摘要：为了更好地预控我国建筑安全事故发生，针对建筑业安全事故频发的事实和传统安全管理特点，通过文献综述研究，引入精益建造的理念。构建建设项目全寿命周期的精益安全管理模型，从周期、管理方式等方面全面对比分析精益安全管理和传统安全管理的不同。基于全寿命周期视角，深入探讨各阶段中的安全价值增值的过程，重塑建设安全价值链，结合精益建造提出安全预评价、末位精益安全管理模式、事故备案数据库等建议，形成安全措施链，从而构建技术、组织、现场三位一体的精益安全管理机制。
关键词：精益建造；安全管理；全寿命周期Abstract：In order to better prevent and control the occurrence of building safety accidents in China，the paper introduces the concept of lean construction through literature review and research in view of the frequent occurrence of building safety accidents and the characteristics of traditional safety management. Then，constructs the lean safety management model of the whole life cycle of construction project，compares the differences between lean safety management and traditional safety management from the aspects of cycle and management mode. Based on the life cycle perspective，discusses the process of safety value increment in each stage in depth，and reconstructs the construction of safety value chain.
