摘要：建筑工业化是传统交通建筑业转型升级的重要途径。浙江交工顺应国家和地方形势，结合自身发展需求，确定交通建筑工业化为集团发展战略，探索产业发展路径。在几年的实践中，以工业化基地为切入点，通过临永结合推动基地建设、股份制合资公司运营、以EPC模式带动基地落地三种途径，较为成功地运营舟山建筑工业化基地，并迅速拓展省内外市场。然而，面临当前交通建筑工业化产业的行业体系不完善、工业化基地用地指标获得困难、产业可持续性发展不确定等制约因素，需要从现阶段装配式基地投资决策、充分发挥EPC模式优点、利用信息化技术管理基地业务三方面推动行业可持续健康发展。

Abstract：Construction Industrialization is an important route to transformation and upgrading of traditional transportation construction industry. To conform to the national and local situation，ZCCC（Zhejiang Communications Construction Group Co.，Ltd.）determined the industrialization of transportation buildings as a group development strategy，as well as explored the path of industrial development which combining with its own development needs. During practice for several years，ZCCC takes the industrial base as the entry point，successfully operates Zhoushan construction industrialization base and rapidly expand the market inside and outside the Zhejiang province through three ways，which include temporary and permanent combination to promote base construction，joint-stock joint venture operation and drives the base to land in EPC mode. However，facing with the current system of transportation construction industry industrialization industrial imperfections，difficulties in obtaining land targets industrial base，sus tainable industrial development constraints such as uncertainty，it is necessary to promote sustainable and healthy development of the industry through three ways，including current assembly base investment decisions，giving full play to the advantages of the EPC model and using information technology to manage the base business.
