摘要：以合理定价随机抽取法在重庆市39个区县应用为例，分析该方法具有的应用优势，并剖析其存在的缺陷，针对存在缺陷提出了细化招标项目范围、采取随机抽取+动态管理模式、充分利用“互联网+”优势等改进措施，使其更好地服务于工程建设领域。

Abstract：Taking Rational Pricing Random Extraction Method as an Example in 39 Districts and Counties of Chongqing，Analyze the advantages of this method，And analyze its defects. The paper puts forward a detailed project scope for the existing defects，Adopt random extraction + dynamic management mode，Make full use of “Internet +” advantages and other improvement measures. Make it better serve the field of engineering construction.
