摘要：通过对影响高校工程采购存在的问题进行分析，找到影响采购效率的因素，有针对性地提出提高工程采购效率的方法，从而提升高校工程采购资金的使用效率，充分发挥基础设施建设在高校建设中的重要作用，为提高高校工程项目管理水平，保证高校教学和科研工作的良好运行提供支持。

Abstract：By analyzing the problems of the university’s engineering procurement，the paper finds out the factors that can affect the efficiency of the procurement，puts forward the method of enhancing engineering procurement efficiency，then improves the efficiency in using the procurement funds，gives full play to the important function of infrastructure construction in colleges and universities，in order to improve the project management level，and provides support in ensuring good operation of university’s teaching and scientific research.
