摘要：针对当前PPP业务模式存在的支付、运营等多种风险进行分析，归纳主要的八大风险及对应的实际案例，并提出应对策略。通过提升建筑企业自身风险防控手段，制定风险应急预案，梳理分析有代表性的案例，加强对相关有针对性的业务培训，从而更好地帮助企业做到PPP业务模式的风险可控、在控。

Abstract：In view of the current PPP business model of payment，operation and other risks are analyzed，summed up the main eight risks and corresponding actual cases，and put forward countermeasures. Through upgrading the risk prevention and control means of construction enterprises themselves，formulating risk emergency plans，combing and analyzing representative cases，strengthening relevant targeted business training，so as to better help enterprises to achieve risk control and control of PPP business model.
