摘要：在越来越多工程建设企业走向海外承担EPC项目的背景下，文章结合海外某气田地面工程EPC项目的建设，探讨了影响海外油气田地面工程EPC项目进度的主要因素。针对这些影响因素，提出了控制油气田地面工程EPC项目进度的主要措施。

Abstract：Under the background of more and more construction companies going overseas to undertake EPC projects，the article discusses the main factors affecting the progress of EPC projects in overseas oil and gas field ground engineering in combination with the construction of a gas field ground engineering EPC project. Aiming at these influencing factors，puts forward the main measures for controlling the progress of EPC project in oil and gas field ground engineering.
