摘要：随着工程项目从传统的DBB模式逐渐向EPC模式发展，传统造价管理在全过程专业知识库、设计造价协同以及软件平台设计等方面存在不足。本文从全过程数字化造价管理平台应用出发，提出了知识库建立、精细化人才培养、造价管理流程再造以及参数化平台设计等方案，为EPC模式下的造价管理提供数字化的新思路。

Abstract：With the development of engineering projects from traditional DBB to EPC mode，traditional cost management has some deficiencies in the whole process of professional knowledge base，design cost coordination and software platform design.Starting from the application of the whole-process digital cost management platform，this paper puts forward such schemes as the establishment of knowledge base，refined talent training，cost management process reengineering and parametric platform design，so as to provide new ideas for the digital cost management under the EPC mode.
