摘要：青岛市作为全国第二批地下综合管廊试点城市，地下综合管廊建设工程数量及规模较大，建设期投入较高。分析地下综合管廊建设期成本控制面临的问题，总结影响地下综合管廊建设期成本控制的因素，并提出青岛市地下综合管廊成本控制改进措施。

Abstract：As the second batch of pilot cities for underground utility tunnel in China，Qingdao has a large number and scale of underground utility tunnel construction projects and a high investment in the construction period. The paper analyzes the problems faced by the cost control during the construction period of underground utility tunnel，summarizes the factors influencing the cost control during the construction period of underground utility tunnel，and puts forward the cost control improvement measures for Qingdao underground utility tunnel.
