摘要：通过对BIM应用点调研分析，依据技术手段、协同程度、技术成熟度，将BIM应用划分为基础级、拓展级和创新级三个层级，并提出BIM技术应用的成本效益指标及其估算方法。同时，运用DEA法对BIM分层级应用的投入产出进行综合分析，期望通过BIM投资效率的有效性分析，为BIM应用策划提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the investigation and analysis of BIM application points，this paper divides BIM application into three levels：basic level，expansion level and innovation level according to the technical means，synergy degree and technical maturity of the BIM application points，and puts forward the cost-benefit indicators and estimation method of BIM technology application. Besides，by using DEA method to analyze the input and output of different hierarchical of BIM application to analyze the relative effectiveness of BIM investment efficiency，hopes to provide referrence for the planning of BIM application.
