[摘　要]　近年来，我国不动产咨询评估企业在发展中暴露出日益严重的管理问题。从培育企业核心竞争力、促进企业规范化管理、提高企业创新能力等角度探讨了知识管理对于我国不动产咨询评估企业可持续发展的重要意义，在访谈、问卷调查、定点调查等实证调查基础上对该类企业知识管理的成熟度及亟待解决的问题进行了深入分析。

Abstract: Recently, Chinese real estate consulting and evaluation institutions met with many management problems. This paper analysed the importance of knowledge management on the resolving of such management problems from the angles of core competence capacity, standardization management and innovative capacities. It also evaluated the maturity of knowledge management of Chinese real estate consulting and evaluation institutions and researched the main problems during the process of knowledge management of such institutions based on the interview, the questionnaire and the point-survey.
