摘要：英国工程法学会《工期延误及干扰分析准则》第2版规定了发包人对于承包人提前竣工的处理原则。分析该原则在中国法律框架下的适用性问题，并从比较法视角，研究国内外相关标准合同文本对这一问题的不同观点。依据约定情形和法定情形，分别提出符合我国法律逻辑的解决路径。

Abstract：The second edition of “Guidelines for Delays and Interference Analysis of Construction Periods” written by the British Society of Engineering Law provides the principle handling the contractor’s early completion. The article analyzes the applicability of this principle under the Chinese legal framework，and studies the different views of the relevant standard contract texts at home and abroad from the perspective of comparative law. According to the agreed situation and statutory situation，proposes a solution path which conforms to the legal logic of Chinese law.
