摘要：为了避免工业园区建设项目投资失控，通过剖析投资超支原因及投资构成数据，从项目生命周期、费用构成、园区装置类型三个角度归纳出工业园区建设的投资控制重点。针对投资控制重点及投资超支原因，进一步提出有效控制投资的相关措施。

Abstract：In order to avoid investment going out of control for industrial park construction project，this paper summarizes the key points of investment control in three aspects：the life cycle of the project，the cost composition，and the type of device，by analyzing the causes of overspending and data that constitute the investment. Finally，according to the key points of investment control and the causes of overspending，puts forward the relevant measures to effectively control investment.
