摘要：基于文献研究梳理出推广装配式建筑应具备的12个内外部因素，以济南农村为实例，采取专家访谈与实地调查方法确定推行装配式建筑的SWOT因素与判断矩阵，在此基础上，构建农村推行装配式建筑战略选择模型，给出济南农村地区推广装配式建筑应选择的战略，并提出相应建议，为济南农村乃至全国农村地区推广装配式建筑提供参考。

Abstract：This paper first combs out the 12 internal and external factors that should be possessed to promote prefabricated building based on literature. Taking Jinan rural area as an example，determines the SWOT factors and judgment matrix for the implementation of prefabricated building by expert interview and field investigation. On the basis，builds the strategy select model to promote prefabricated building in rural areas，and gives the strategy for Jinan rural area and proposes corresponding suggestions，provides reference for the promotion of prefabricated buildings in rural areas of Jinan and even in rural areas of the whole country.
