摘要：采用结构方程模型、结合问卷调查与专家访谈等方法，从开发商的视角对装配式建筑开发意愿的影响因素展开实证分析。结果表明：经济效益、消费者需求和政策激励是影响开发商开发意愿最重要的因素；激励开发商装配式建筑开发意愿的关键路径为：政府激励政策→经济效益→开发意愿，以及消费者需求→经济效益→开发意愿，期望通过本文研究为制定装配式建筑的推广规制政策提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract：This paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the development intention of assembled buildings from the perspective of developers by using structural equation model，questionnaire survey and expert interviews. The results show that economic benefit，consumer demand and policy incentive are the most important factors affecting developers’ development willingness. The key path to motivate developers’ development willingness for assembly buildings is：government incentive policy to economic benefit to development willingness，and consumer demand to economic effect to development willingness. Hopes to provide reference for prefabricated construction regulation policy.
