摘要：装配式建筑以节能、高效的生产方式成为了建筑业未来发展的一大趋势，绿色供应链作为一种全过程的环境管理模式，为装配式建筑的开发利用提供了良好的实施路径。通过对现有装配式建筑供应链的分析，并从绿色供应链的运行原理出发，融入供应链运作参考模型理论，构建装配式建筑绿色供应链模型，并从计划层、运营层、支持层三个层次来阐述模型的构成要素及其关系，为装配式建筑业的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract：The energy-saving and efficient production mode of the prefabricated construction has become a trend in the future development of the construction industry. As a whole-process environmental management mode，the green supply chain provides a good implementation path for the development and utilization of the prefabricated construction. Based on the analysis of the existing prefabricated construction supply chain and the operation principle of green supply chain，this paper integrates the theory of Supply Chain Operational Reference，constructs the green supply chain model of prefabricated construction，and elaborates the elements of the model and their relationship from three levels of planning level，operation level and support level，so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of prefabricated construction industry.
