摘要：从建筑构件角度，利用《房屋建筑和装饰工程消耗量定额》和新实施的《装配式建筑工程消耗量定额》，套用材料的市场价或信息价，在现行的清单计价模式下，从人、材、机三方面对比分析装配式建筑与现浇建筑构配件的成本，得出装配式建筑构配件的选择顺序为：空调板、楼梯、阳台、承重墙、板、柱、梁、外墙、隔墙，为业主和施工方选择装配式建筑构配件提供理论基础。

Abstract：This paper intends to use the “consumption of housing construction and decoration project quotas” and the newly implemented “Construction-Building Project Consumption Quota” from the perspective of building components，applies the market price or information price of materials under the current list pricing model，mainly from three aspects of people，materials and machines to compare and analyze the cost of prefabricated buildings and cast-in-place architectural components. It was concluded that the order of selection of prefabricated construction components is air conditioning panels，stairs，balconies，bearing walls，slabs，columns，beams，external walls，and partition walls. Provides a theoretical basis for the owners and constructors to choose assembled construction components and accessories.
