摘要：从公租房供给的充足性、公共服务获取的便利性、住房分配的公平性和住房建筑质量等影响公众满意的关键因素，找出重庆市公租房供给服务的不足；针对这些问题提出增加公租房供给主体，完善公共服务设施，引入共有产权制度，建立公租房建设质量标准等政策建议，为重庆市公租房供给体系的完善提供参考。

Abstract：From the sufficiency of public rental housing，the convenience of public services，the fairness of housing distribution and the quality of housing construction，etc. This paper identifies the key factors affecting public satisfaction，and finds out the shortage of public rental housing services. Based on the problems of main body of public rental housing，proposes suggestions of improving public service facilities，introducing a common property rights system，and establishing policy recommendations for the quality standards of public rental housing，in order to improve the public rental housing supply system in Chongqing.
