摘要：我国房地产统计指标以宏观指标为主、统计指标不健全、统计指标体系缺乏综合性和系统性等问题突出。以住房市场统计指标体系相对完善的美国为参照，在分析其统计指标体系和特点的基础上，提出中国房地产统计应丰富统计指标、突出基础性统计指标等建议，为完善房地产统计工作提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract：The statistical work of China real estate is lacking in microscopic indicators，statistical standards，comprehensive and systematized indicators system and statistical work coverage. This paper takes the United States which has relatively perfect statistical index system of housing market as the reference，based on the analysis of its statistical index system and characteristics，puts forward preliminary opinions on the statistical indicators that China’s real estate statistics indicators should enriched，and highlight basic statistical indicators，provides reference for improving real estate statistics.
