[摘　要]　根据我国的特点，从私人投资者的角度，分析了参与基础设施PPP项目可能遇到的一些问题，并提出相应的对策，以期为PPP模式在以后的应用提供参考。

Abstract: From the sight of private investors, this paper analyses some problems in infrastructure PPP projects and puts forward some countermeasures under the background of our country, in order to provide a reference for further research and practice of PPP projects.
