摘要：IPD模式的核心是协同合作，合作伙伴之间互相信任、紧密团结是影响IPD模式成败的关键所在。阐述IPD模式的内涵，总结IPD模式合作伙伴选择的要素集，借助Matlab软件对26个要素进行主成分分析，并对得到的10个主成分进行归纳分析，构建IPD模式合作伙伴选择指标体系，并进一步运用向量夹角余弦设计IPD模式合作伙伴选择方法模型。

Abstract：The core of Integrated Project Delivery （IPD） mode is collaborative cooperation，mutual trust and close solidarity among partners are the keys to the success or failure of IPD mode. This paper expatiates the connotation of the IPD mode，summarizes the IPD model of partner selection factors set，carries out principal component analysis of 26 elements with the help of Matlab software.Then，summarizes and analyzes 10 principal components obtained，builds the IPD model index system of partner selection，and further uses the vector angle cosine to design IPD mode model of partner selection method.
