摘要：BIM技术可串联建筑全生命周期中的设计、生产、装配、装修和管理各个环节，形成建筑全产业链、全过程、全方位的信息化集成。阐述BIM在装配式建筑项目策划阶段、设计阶段、深化设计与预制生产过程、现场安装施工过程、项目数据管理等方面的应用，以期推动BIM技术在装配式建筑的应用。

Abstract：The application of BIM technology in prefabricated building can realize the design，production，assembly，decoration and management in the whole life cycle of series building，form the information integration of the whole construction industry chain，the whole process and all directions. This paper expounds the application of BIM in prefabricated building project planning stage，design stage，deepening design and prefabrication production process，site installation and construction process，project data management and so on，in order to promote the application of BIM technology in prefabricated building.
