摘要：本文从自我决定理论出发，探讨建筑施工企业安全绩效行为的形成机制。运用SPSS20.0和AMOS18.0对调查数据进行分析，编制安全文化、安全动机和安全绩效量表，构建安全绩效结构模型，利用路径分析对安全文化、安全动机和安全绩效之间的关系进行验证分析，确定影响施工企业安全绩效的核心因素，并对提高企业安全绩效提出相应建议。

Abstract：This paper explores the formation mechanism of the safety performance behavior in construction enterprise based on the self-determination theory. By using SPSS20.0 and AMOS18.0，the paper analyzes survey statistics to develop safety culture，safety motivation and safety performance scale. Builds the model of the security performance structure，uses the path analysis of safety culture，safety performance，to analyze the relationship between the safety performance of verification. Accordingly，determinates the core factors that influence the safety performance of construction enterprise，puts forward suggestions to improve enterprise’s safety performance.
