基于FAHP的装配式建筑成本风险评价研究

摘要:从经济、技术、环境和管理四个方面分析装配式建筑成本风险,识别装配式建筑成本风险因素。提出了三角模糊数和层次分析相结合的模糊层次排序方法,对影响成本风险的因素进行排序。以青岛市某小区为例对提出的方法进行实证检验,结果表明了该方法的可行性,基于计算结果提出了降低成本风险的管控措施。关键词:装配式建筑;成本风险;FAHP;三角模糊数Abstract:This paper analyzes the cost risk of prefabricated construction from economy,technology,environment and management,identifies the hierarchical structure of cost risk factors of prefabricated construction. Then proposes a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)ranking method combining triangular fuzzy number and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to rank the factors affecting cost risk. Finally,takes a residential district in Qingdao as an example,verifies the proposed method.
