摘要：从经济、技术、环境和管理四个方面分析装配式建筑成本风险，识别装配式建筑成本风险因素。提出了三角模糊数和层次分析相结合的模糊层次排序方法，对影响成本风险的因素进行排序。以青岛市某小区为例对提出的方法进行实证检验，结果表明了该方法的可行性，基于计算结果提出了降低成本风险的管控措施。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the cost risk of prefabricated construction from economy，technology，environment and management，identifies the hierarchical structure of cost risk factors of prefabricated construction. Then proposes a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process（FAHP）ranking method combining triangular fuzzy number and analytic hierarchy process（AHP）to rank the factors affecting cost risk. Finally，takes a residential district in Qingdao as an example，verifies the proposed method. The results show that the method is feasible，based on the calculation results，puts forward the control measures for reducing cost risk.
