摘要：通过对多个大型综合项目工程签证的统计研究，提出从界面管理角度控制工程签证的思路，阐述建设项目界面管理概念，根据工程签证发生的起因，从组织界面管理、技术界面管理两方面总结控制工程签证的管理措施及界面控制点，为建设单位进行投资控制提供参考。

Abstract：This paper proposes the idea of controlling additional cost verification from the perspective of interface management through the statistics of several large-scale comprehensive projects. This paper summarizes the concept of construction project interface management. According to the causes of the additional cost verification，also summarizes the management measures and interface control points of the control additional cost verification from the aspects of organizational interface management and technical interface management，provides reference for the owners to carry out cost control.
