高校既有建筑节能改造技术决策分析—以江南大学教学楼改造项目为例

摘要:既有建筑的节能改造为减少能源消耗和温室气体排放提供了切实有效的解决方案,而节能改造的成效取决于适宜的改造技术。在梳理高校建筑能耗特点及常用改造技术的基础上,分析高校既有建筑节能改造的内涵及常用技术。以江南大学教学楼改造项目为例,进行改造技术决策分析,提出节能改造技术建议。关键词:既有建筑;节能改造;技术决策;高等学校Abstract:The energy-efficiency retrofit of existing buildings provides effective solutions for reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The effectiveness of energy-efficiency retrofit depends on the appropriate technologies. On the basis of identification of the college building energy consumption characteristics and commonly used retrofit technology,this paper analyzes the connotation and technical path of energy-efficiency retrofit of existing buildings in colleges and universities.
