摘要：以项目全寿命周期为纵向维度、项目社会风险为横向维度，引入社会燃烧理论，将安全、技术、资金类风险对应于“燃烧物质”，将社会互适、环境融合类风险对应于“助燃剂”，将经济效益、公共效益风险对应于“点火温度”，构建二维矩阵建设项目社会稳定风险评估体系，为提高社会稳定风险评估成效提供参考。

Abstract：Through the select of whole life cycle of the projects as vertical dimension and the social risk of project as transverse dimension，this paper constructs comprehensive two-dimensional matrix construction project social stability risk assessment system based on social combustion theory，with the risks of safety，technology and capital corresponding to “burning substances”，the risks of social compatibility and environmental integration corresponding to “combustion aids”，the risks of economic benefits and public benefits corresponding to “ignition temperature”，provides reference for improving the effect of social stability risk assessment work.
