摘要：通过分析SI住宅的功能内涵，系统提出SI住宅支撑体结构建设应满足的要求。阐述日本在SI住宅支撑体结构选型及施工方式选择上的经验，并就我国SI住宅支撑体结构选型及施工方式的选择提出建议，期望帮助住宅建设参与方更科学地参与到SI住宅建设中。

Abstract：Through the analysis of SI housing function connotation，this paper systematically puts forward the functional requirements of the support structure of SI housing. Then，gives some recommendations on the selection of support structure and construction method for SI housing in China by stating Japan’s experiences，in order to help housing enterprises participate in the construction of SI housing more scientifically and actively.
