摘要：建筑全生命期BIM技术在上海国际金融中心项目中得到了全面的应用和推广。基于该项目工程实践，分析建筑全生命期BIM技术的应用重点，阐述BIM技术在建筑全生命期项目筹划、建筑设计、工程施工、运维管理等各阶段的主要做法和具体应用，以期为类似复杂项目的管理提供借鉴。

Abstract：The building life cycle BIM technology has been comprehensively applied and popularized in Shanghai International Financial Center project. Through the engineering practice，this paper analyzes the application keypoints of BIM technology in the whole life period of the project，and expounds the main methods and concrete applications of BIM technology in the whole life period of project planning，architectural design，engineering construction，operation and maintenance management，etc. So as to provide reference for the project management of similar complex projects.
