摘要：从集成单元的性状和存在形态角度出发，对EPC项目实施中的实体界面、组织界面、合同界面、技术界面以及责任界面进行系统分析，构建界面划分模型，并结合模型分析各界面管理中的要点、方法以及界面融合的策略。最后，进行界面识别，从设计、采购、施工、试运行的全过程视角构建出完整的EPC工程管理界面体系，期望对EPC工程的实施具有一定的理论指导意义和工程应用价值。

Abstract：From the perspective of the traits and existing forms of the integrated unit，this paper systematically analyzes the physical interface，organizational interface，contract interface，technical interface and responsibility interface in the implementation of EPC project，constructs related models，and analyzes the key points in each interface management，methods and strategies for interface integration with the model. Finally，identifies the interface，from the perspective of design，procurement，construction，commissioning，builds a complete EPC project management interface system，hopes to have certain theoretical guiding significance and engineering application value for EPC project implementation.
