房价与地价的因果检验—以重庆市为例

[摘 要] 为了深入分析房价与地价的内在关联,对重庆市2000~2009年房价与地价的季度数据进行计量分析。Granger因果关系的实证检验结果表明:在短期内,房价与地价之间存在着相互影响的关系;从长期来看,二者并无均衡关系。

Abstract: In order to analyze the internal relationship between the housing price and land price in depth, the paper uses the econometric method to test the quarterly data which from Chongqing housing market through 2000-2009.The Granger-causality test indicates that housing price and land price interact as both cause and effect in the short run, while it is no equilibrium relationship between them in the long run.
