摘要：工作坊教学模式已在应用型人才培养中得到了广泛应用。针对工程管理专业应用型人才专业能力培养目标，分析支撑专业技能培养的实践教学安排，研究工程管理工作坊在实践教学实施中的作用，得到基于工程管理工作坊的工程管理专业应用型人才培养的途径。研究表明，工程管理工作坊能够为实践教学提供稳定的师资与工程图纸等资源保障，在实践教学实施中能够进行全过程控制，保证实践教学质量，为应用型人才培养提供了支撑。

Abstract：Studio teaching mode has been widely applied in the training of applied talents. Aimed to the training targets of applied talents in engineering management specialty，this paper analyzes the practice teaching arrangement of supporting professional skills training，and studies the role of engineering management studio in the process practical teaching，and obtains the applied talents training methods of engineering management specialty based on the engineering management studio.The research shows that the engineering management studio can provide stable resources of professors and engineering drawings for practical teaching. It can ensure the quality of practice teaching because of its whole process control. provides support for the training of applied talents.
