工程管理专业学生竞争力提升的探讨—基于校企合作的多元模式

摘要:基于文献综述与案例分析,总结传统教学方法在提升学生竞争力方面的不足,探索企业集中实践、专家主讲课程、专家大讲堂在提升学生竞争力方面的优势。结果表明,企业集中实践全面地训练了学生的沟通能力、团队合作能力、分析与解决问题的能力;学生对专家主讲课程的满意度达到96%以上,认为创新能力和实践能力得到了提高;基于拓展一般竞争力的学术讲座有利地改变学生的学习态度,使学生形成主动学习的习惯。

Abstract:Based on literature review and case study,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional teaching method in improving the students’ competitiveness,and explores the ways to improve the students’ competitiveness through Company Collective Practice(CCP),Company Professional Delivery Course(CPDC),and Company Professional Lecture(CPL). The results shows that through CCP,the students’ communication skill,teamwork capability,problem analyzing and solving capability are comprehensively developed. The satisfaction evaluation rates of students for the two CPDCs are all above 95%,and innovation and practical work capabilities are enhanced. The CPL which aims to improve the generic competence is more effective to change the students’ learning attitude and foster an active learning habit.
